Replacement Eligibility:
If you receive a product that is incorrect, ,you are eligible for a free replacement. Please note that we do not offer replacements for "change of mind".
Timeframe:
You must request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests.
Replacement Process:
To initiate a replacement, please share the reason to let our customer support team to contact you within the eligible time frame. Our team will guide you on how to resolve the issue.
Replacement Options:
A) We will ask you to ship the incorrect product in its original packaging (Tags intact) to our Address. We will ship the replacement free of charge within 7 working days of receipt.
